U3 and U4

Division Format

A season consists of eight, 60-minute total time practices, which includes a non-competitive scrimmage.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The U3 division is only available in Spring, and is for players whose 3rd birthday falls between January 1 and May 1 of the spring season they are registering for. For example, registration for spring 2019 would meaning players need to be at least 3 years old by May 1, 2019.

Format: 3 v 3, no goalie
Playtime: Following practice, a 20-minute scrimmage consisting of 5-minute quarters.
Breaks / Substitutions: Breaks as needed with substitutions made at breaks.
Assistant Coach: No

Training
  • U3 players are not allowed to play up a division.
  • An accredited program will be run by parent coaches that will focus on fun games and exercises.
  • All scrimmages are held at the Rockey Weed Soccer Complex.
  • Training sessions will most likely be on a weekday evening and/or on Saturday mornings over the course of a season.
Base costs
  • $40 for Early Registration
  • $55 for Regular Registration
What’s included
  • Includes a league t-shirt and participation medal for each player.
  • Insurance is covered by the Michigan State Youth Soccer Association through Got Soccer.
